Marc El-Lazidi is the Chief Investment Officer at Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Limited. He has over twenty years of experience in asset management and before joining the Company he was the lead manager for EdR Prifund Commodities Funds based in London at Edmond Rothschild Asset Management (UK).  From 2002 to 2013, he was based in Geneva at Edmond Rothschild Asset Management (Suisse) where he held the rank of vice-president. He was in charge of discretionary portfolios for the major Swiss pension funds and European institutions. Previously he worked at Lombard Odier private bank as a global risk manager from 2001 to 2002. He started his career as a quantitative analyst from 1998 at Edmond Rothschild Asset Management (Suisse). Marc holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economy from the University of Geneva, Switzerland and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst since 2012. 

Marc is responsible for managing the asset management department and his role is instrumental in co-ordinating the team to conduct research, manage the flagship Merill SICAV plc and discretionary portfolios. He is one of the main portfolio managers and investment committee member of Merill SICAV plc.
