We operate from four comfortable and modern offices located in Valletta, Hamrun, Birkirkara and Ta’ Xbiex. Our offices include all the necessary amenities such as a kitchenette and chill-out area to create a feel-at-home environment.


We believe in continuous training and development of our staff members. We encourage our staff to be creative and generate ideas to promote innovation. We are constantly on the look out to employ individuals with the right attitude and talent and invest in developing their skills further. We promote participation in specialized training programs to help our staff reach their full potential and we are active in team building events such as Atlas Day and JMFA Day.


All employees are medically covered by free health and dental insurance as well as direct access to ICAS, which gives our staff members and their families, expert guidance and specialist support. From simple, everyday matters to more serious wellbeing problems relating to issues such as illness, debt, family problems and health; providing access to counselling, legal and financial expertise.


We have recently introduced Flexitime which allows our staff to work the hours which best suit them and the exigencies of their families. We also have half days in summer. Other family friendly measures include working on reduced hours and additional/ emergency/ study leave.


Every Friday our staff come to work dressed down. It helps us think differently!


We allocate a generous personal budget that our employees can make use of with their respective departments or other colleagues for events such as lunches, drinks, sports and other activities.


At the end of each quarter, the team meets together for a fun-filled event to unwind. Since we are located in different offices, this is a great opportunity for us to socialize and catch up with other staff members working in other departments.
