Next Thursday the 16th of February 2006, the Board of Directors of HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. are scheduled to meet in order to consider and approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Final Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2005 and also to consider declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank’s Annual General Meeting.
