The Board of Directors of Middlesea Insurance p.l.c. are to meet on Friday the 28th of April in order to announce their financial full-year results for the year ended 31 December 2005 and declare the recommendation of a dividend. During a meeting held on Thursday the 13th of April, the Board of Directors of Datatrak Holdings approved the company’s Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2005.  Such results have shown that revenue has increased by 17% to Lm1.4 million generating a profit for the very first time of Lm3,387.
