The MSE share index fell by 1.36%, falling from 5744.357 to 5666.358. Theindex as at year to date is up 13.75%. Five equities registered gains. Thetop gainers were Middlesea Insurance, gaining 5.28%. Other positiveperformers over the week were Maltacom, gaining 1.76%, Lombard, gaining0.59%, MIA, gaining 1.70% and IHI, gaining 1.06%. There were four equitieswhich performed negatively. BOV and HSBC, having the greatest weight on theindex, suffered losses of 3.26% and 2.08% respectively. Simonds Farsons Ciskand FIMBank sank 1.96% and 2.53% respectively. Suncrest, Plaza, GlobalCapital and Datatrak Holdings recorded no changes in their share price.
