HSBC plcIn a meeting of 27 July 2006, the Board of Directors of HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. approved the attached Group and Bank Interim Accounts for the six-month period ended 30 June 2006. The Board also approved the payment of an ordinary interim dividend of 5.3 cents gross per share .

Tumas Investments plc

The guarantor’s financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards and have been audited in accordance with International Standards on Auditing. The Boards of Directors have today authorized for issue these audited accounts, which will be available on the Tumas Group website: www.tumas.com.

Eden Finance p.l.c.

Eden Finance plc held its Annual General Meeting on the 17th of July 2006.

All resolutions were carried.

The term of each director officially came to an end and the following persons were elected to the Board of Directors:

Mr. Ian De Cesare — Chairman

Mr. Kevin De Cesare — Deputy Chairman

Mr. Edward Fenech — Director

Mr. Walter Camilleri — Director

Dr. Andrea Gera de Petri — Director

Mr. Simon De Cesare was confirmed as Company Secretary

Dr. Andrea Gera de Petri was elected as a non-executive director to replace Mr. Joe Caruana on the board for the upcoming year.

Dr Andrea Gera de Petri, residing at 63, Casa de Petri, Birbal Street, Balzan BZN08 is a practicing advocate in Malta specializing in corporate and commercial law. He has been in  practice with the local law firm AVMT Advocates since the year 2000 after obtaining his Masters in Law form University College London and his Doctorate in Law from the University of Malta. Dr Gera de Petri is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.

Maltacom

Maltacom p.l.c. announces that Ms. Patricia Cook Geery will be relinquishing her post of Director with effect from the 17th July, 2006.

Dr. Ahmed Mahjoub is being appointed as Director of the Company with effect from the 17th July 2006. Dr. Mahjoub is currently the CEO of Tunisia Telecom. Hed holds a PhD in computer science and networks from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He was a member of the Government of Tunisia and held the post of Secretary for Informatics and Internet. Dr. Mahjoub resides at 22 St. Ras Al Ain City, Al Nasir 2 Aryana Tunisia.

Tumas Investments plc

The Board of Directors of Tumas Investments plc will be meeting on the 20th July, 2006 to consider and approve the financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 31st December, 2005.

Dolmen Properties

The Board of Directors of Dolmen Properties plc will be meeting on the 20th July, 2006 to approve the company’s full year report and accounts for the year ended 31st December, 2005. Global Capital

Global Capital p.l.c (the ‘Company’) announces that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been set for Friday, 8th September 2006 to consider and approve the interim results of the Company as at 30th June 2006. During this meeting the Board of Directors is also expected to consider the declaration of an interim dividend.

The Board of Directors of HSBC Bank Malta plc is scheduled to meet on Thursday 27th July 2006 to:

i)                    Approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Interim Accounts for the half-year ending 30th June 2006

ii)                   Consider the declaration of an interim dividend.

The consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2005 of Corinthia Palace Hotel Company Limited as guarantor of the Bond Issues of the Company are available at the registered office of the Company.

Maltacom

The Company refers to comments made during the parliamentary Debate of Thursday the 6th July 2006 and wishes to state:

That the Company has full title to the land at Qawra mentioned during the Parliamentary Debate;

That the Company was not a party to the Share Purchase Agreement between the Government and Emirates International Telecommunications (Malta) Ltd which acquired Government’s 60% stake in the Company;

That whatever is eventually decided concerning the acquisition or disposal of any land by the Company will be done following full deliberations by the Company’s Board of Directors acting in the best interests of the Company as a whole.

Hotel San Antonio plc

Hotel San Antonio p.l.c held its Annual General Meeting on 30th June 2006 where the shareholders approved all the resolutions on the Agenda.

Corinthia Finance plc

  The consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2005 of Corinthia Palace Hotel Company Limited as guarantor of the Bond Issues of the Company have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards and have been audited in accordance with International Standards on Auditing.

The Board of Directors of Corinthia Palace Hotel Company Limited has approved these consolidated financial statements, extracts of which are being presented in the attached Consolidated Financial Report.

Simonds Farsons Cisk

Simonds Farsons Cisk plc wishes to announce that on Wednesday 28th June 2006, it held it’s 59th Annual General Meeting at The Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort, St. Georges’s Bay, St. Julians.

The shareholders convened for this event, discussed and approved the following Ordinary Resolutions:

That the Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st January 2006, comprising the Directors’ Report, Corporate Governance — Statement of Compliance and the Auditors Report thereon be received and approved.

That the Meeting approves the payment of Lm300,000 — in total net dividends:-

                Lm50,000 — (interim net dividend) paid out of profits taxed at 37.5% and

Lm250,000 — (final net dividend) paid out of tax exempt profits equivalent to a total net dividend of 1c166667 per share.

That the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Certified Public Accountants and Auditors be approved.

That the Directors be elected in accordance with Articles 20 to 22, both inclusive of the Articles of Association of the Company.

Only two nominations were received within the stipulated time for election to the Board of Directors and consequently there was no need for an election to be held. Mr Bryan A. Gera and Dr Max Ganado LL.D, LL.M were automatically elected as directors of the Company with effect form the conclusion of this 59th Annual General Meeting. The other directors were confirmed in their posts.
