The MSE Share Index rose by 0.11% from 5448 to 5454. The Index as at year to date is up 9.50%. Three equities registered gains this week. The top gainer was Lombard, rising by 1.53%, followed by HSBC which gained 0.92% and Global Capital which gained 0.45%. Five equities performed negatively. The greatest negative performer was Datatrak, falling by 13.33%, followed by MIA, losing 1.69%, Maltacom, losing Lm1.47%, Middlesea Insurance, losing 0.78% and BOV losing 0.13%. Simonds Farosns Cisk, Suncrest, IHI, Plaza and FIMBank reported no changes in their share price.
