Suncrest Hotels plc

Suncrest Hotels plc announces that Mr. Micahel Sciortino has been appointed a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 1st September 2006. Mr Sciortino replaces Mr Ivan Fsadni who resigned from his position on the Suncrest Audit Committee on taking up full-time employment as an internal auditor with a local financial institution.
