Medserv plc

Medserv plc (the “Company”) announced that following the announcement issued on 31st January 2007 in respect of the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”), concluded with Misurata Free Zone (“MFZ”) in Libya, negotiations have now been completed and a joint stock company by the name of Medserv Misurata F.Z.C. (“MMFZC”) has been submitted for registration with the MFZ. The principle object of MMFZC, the majority shareholding of which is held by the Company, is the establishment and operation of a logistic base in the Misurata Free Zone for the purpose of serving the oil and gas industry. Datatrak Holdings plc

Datatrak IT Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Datatrak Holdings Ltd, has partnered with Medcomms Ltd, the exclusive distributor of the satellite navigation system GARMIN, to offer Malta based maps for satellite navigation, using GARMIN’s GPS technology, to the Maltese driver’s community and tourists. This satellite navigation system will be utilising Datatrak’s extensive range of mapping products and services. The satellite navigation for driving in Malta and Gozo is expected to be available as from the 28th March 2007.
