GHM announced that it concluded the grant of berths for long term use of 3 super yacht berths at GHM in Malta, for a combined consideration of EUR10 million. This figure compares with GHM’s berth licensing sales forecast for the year 2007.

GHM has a further 23 super yacht berths which it presently intends to release for long term licensing in phases over the coming years.

GHM commented “We are delighted that through our managers, Camper & Nicholsons, we have secured these sales which have permitted us to exceed our 2007 berth license  sales target by over EUR 5 million….”
