In terms of the Malta Listing Rules 8.109/8, 110/8.117, I confirm that as a result of a further acquisition of shares on the Malta Stock Exchange on Friday 14th March 2008, I now hold a total of 1,407,126 shares of MaltaPost plc representing 5.0255% of the equity capital of the company to which voting rights are attached.
