Malta International Airport plc – Approval of Interim Financial Statements and Declaration of Interim Dividend

Malta International Airport plc announced that at a meeting of the directors the interim financial statements for the financial period ended 30 June 2008 were approved. The interim financial statements are available for viewing at the registered office of the company and on the company’s web site at www.maltairport.com.

The directors have also approved a net interim dividend of €0.06 per share equivalent to €4,059,000, for payment to shareholders on the register of shareholders as at close of business on 31 July 2008.
