HSBC Bank Malta plc – Interim Financial Results

HSBC Bank Malta plc has registered a profit of EUR46.6 million for the six months to 30 June 2008. This figure translated into a decrease in profits of EUR12.4 million or 21.1%. Last year’s profit for the same period was EUR59 million.
