MaltaPost plc – Interim Directors Statement

MaltaPost plc announced that during the first three months (April to June 2008) of the second half of the Financial Year, the Company achieved its performance objectives and there is no reason to believe that the objectives set for the Financial Year ending September 2008 will not be met.

No material events and/or transactions have taken place that would have an impact on the financial position of the Company such that they would require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.
