Santumas Shareholdings plc – DividendSantumas Shareholdings plc announced that at a meeting held on 12th August 2008 , the Board of Directors resolved to distribute an ordinary net dividend of

€0.0466 (Lm0.02) per share in respect of the year ended 30 April 2008 and additionally a special dividend of €0.2334 (Lm0.10) per share to those shareholders on the Company Register on 13th August 2008.This will amount to a total net dividend of €466,249.28 (Lm 200,160.81).
