Medserv plc – Approval of Interim Results

Medserv plc announced that at a meeting of the directors of the Company held on 25th August 2008, the board of directors approved the Interim Financial Statements of the Company for the financial period ended 30th June 2008.

Medserv plc experienced a turnover amounting to EUR 5.9 million and a profit before tax of EUR 684,166 in comparison to a loss of EUR 529,750 for the first six months of 2007.
