HSBC Bank Malta plc issues 5.9% Subordinated Bond 2018

HSBC Bank Malta plc announced that it has today published a Prospectus dated 15 September 2008 in respect of an issue of €25,000,000 5.9% Bonds of a nominal value of €100 per Bond issued at par subject to an Over-allotment Option not exceeding €5,000,000.

Application has been made to the Listing Authority for the admissibility of the Bonds to listing and to the Malta Stock Exchange for the Bonds to be listed and traded on its Official List.
