Bank of Valletta plc — Board Meeting to be held — FY2008 Financial Results

The Board of Directors of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Friday 31st October 2008 to consider and approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30th September 2008.  Furthermore they are to consider the declaration of final dividend to be recommended to the Bank’s Annual General Meeting.
