Datatrak Holdings plc – Announces setting up of business consultancy subsidiary

On the 23rd October 2008, a company under the name of Datatrak Business Consultancy Limited was registered with the MFSA. Datatrak Business Consultancy Limited is a subsidiary of Datatrak Holdings plc, whereby Datatrak Holdings plc has subscribed for 75% of the share capital.
