Crimsonwing plc announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on the July 28, 2009, to:

1)  Consider, and if thought fit, approve the Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2009; and

2)  Consider the declaration of a dividend.
