Bank of Valletta plc – Board Meeting to be held – Financial Results 2009

Bank of Valletta plc announced that the Board of Directors are scheduled to meet on Friday, October 30, 2009, to:

i) Consider and approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended September 30, 2009.

ii) Consider the declaration of final dividend to be recommended to the Bank’s Annual General Meeting.
