Bank of Valletta plc announced that the Board of Directors are scheduled to meet on Friday, April 30, 2010 to:

1. Consider and approve the Group’s and the Bank’s interim financial statements for the six months ended March 31, 2010

2. Consider, and if thought fit, declare an interim dividend.
