Issuance of August 2010 Malta Government Stocks

The Government of Malta will be issuing the following fixed rate Malta Government Stocks:

3.75% MGS 2015 (VI) F.I. (August’10) at Euro 102.50 – YTM of 3.233% which corresponds to an annualised rate of 3.259% and

5.25% MGS 2030 (I) F.I. (August’10) at Euro 100 – YTM of 5.25% which corresponds to an annualised rate of 5.318%.
