Simonds Farsons Cisk plc – Redemption of Outstanding Simonds Farsons Cisk plc 6.6% Bonds 2010 – 2012

Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announced that in terms of the Prospectus dated October 1, 2002, that the Board of Directors has resolved to redeem all outstanding SFC 6.6% Bonds 2010-2012 on the November 2, 2010.

In this respect Bondholders appearing on the register as at the close of business on Friday, October 15, 2010, will be receiving payment of principal and interest for the year. No further trading on this Bond will be possible after Friday, October 8, 2010.
