Crimsonwing plc – Annual General Meeting to be held

Crimsonwing plc announced that the Board of Directors has resolved that the Annual General Meeting shall be held on October 19, 2010.

Shareholders on the Company’s Register at the Central Securities Depositary of the Malta Stock Exchange as  at close of business on September 6, 2010, will be entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting together with a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2010.
