Medserv plc – Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2010

Medserv plc announced that the Board of Directors has approved the audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December, 2010.

The Company registered a Profit before tax of EUR 32,287, down from the previous financial year profit before tax of EUR 3.18m. Revenue also declined, from EUR 17.52m to EUR 11.71m, as Earnings per share fell to EUR 0.012.

The Board of Directors did not recommend the payment of a dividend.
