MAPFRE Internacional S.A. makes mandatory Bid and issues Offer Document.

Further to the Company Announcement issued on 5 August 2011, the Board of Directors have been informed that MAPFRE Internacional S.A. has proceeded witht the Mandatory Bid and issued the Offer Document in line with provisions of the Listing Rules.
