Middlesea Insurance plc – The Board of Directors of Middlesea Insurance issues its opinion on the Mandatory Bid issued by Mapfre Internacional

Further to the Company Announcement issued on August 11, 2011, whereby it was communicated that MAPFRE Internacional S.A. had proceeded with the Mandatory Bid and had issued the Offer Document pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Rules, the Board of Directors of Middlesea Insurance plc (“the Company”) has issued a statement with its views of the Bid.
