Bank of Valletta plc – Board Meeting to be held – FY2011 Financial Results

Bank of Valletta plc announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Friday October 28, 2011 to:

i) consider and approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended September 30, 2011.

ii) consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank’s Annual General Meeting.
