Malta International Airport plc – Approval of Financial Statements & Dividend Proposal

Malta International Airport announced that the Board of Directors approved the financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31st December 2011.

The Group registered a profit before tax of EUR 18.9m, compared to EUR 16.9m registered in 2010. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR52.4m , a rise of 2.11 % from 2010. EPS increased to 8.80 cents

In addition the board of directors is proposing a net dividend of  EUR 0.04 to shareholders.
