6PM Holdings plc – Approval of Financial Statements for period ended 31 December 2011

6pm Holdings p.l.c. announced that the Board of Directors approved the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.

The Group registered a loss before tax of GBP 563,261, compared to a loss of GBP 447,235 registered in 2010. Revenue for the period under review amounted to GBP 5.3m, a rise of 73.46 % from 2010. EPS increased to GBP -0.026
