Simonds Farsons Cisk plc – Approval of Financial Statements and Recommendation of Final Dividend

Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announced that the Board of Directors has approved the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31st January 2012, and resolved to propose the same for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 20th June, 2012.

The Group registered a profit before tax of EUR 5.08m, compared to EUR 4.05m registered in 2011. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 70.8m, a rise of 5.19% from 2011. EPS increased to EUR 0.157
