Plaza Centres plc – Half-Yearly Report for the period ended 30 June 2012

Plaza Centres plc announced that in a meeting held on Tuesday 31 July 2012, the Board of Directors  approved the Company’s Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 30 June 2012.

The Company  registered a profit before tax of EUR 685,013, compared to EUR 625,275 registered in 2011. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 1.12m , a rise of 4.93% from 2011. EPS increased to EUR 423,969.
