6PM Holdings plc – Interim Financial Statements for period ended 30 June 2012

6PM Holdings plc announced that in a meeting held on 2nd August 2012, the Board of Directors approved the Interim Financial Statements for the period ended 30th June 2012.

The Company registered a profit before tax of GBP 180,046, compared to GBP 343,292 loss registered in 2011. Revenue for the period under review amounted to GBP 3,894,292, a rise of 82.4% from 2011. EPS increased  to GBP 0.01.
