Lombard Bank Malta plc – Interim Financial Statements

Lombard Bank Malta plc announced that in a meeting on 23 August 2012, the unaudited Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the six-month period ending 30 June 2012 were approved.

The Group registered a profit before tax of EUR 4.3m, compared to EUR 6.9m registered in 2011. Net interest income for the period under review amounted to EUR 6.7m, a decline of 6.5 % from 2011. EPS decreased to EUR 0.073.
