The Board of Directors of Plaza Centres p.l.c. (The Company) is scheduled to meet on Monday 11 March 2013 to:

(i) approve the Company’s Final Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2012;

(ii) consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended at the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
