Medserv plc announced that the board of directors is scheduled to meet on the 21st March 2013 to:

1. Discuss the cut-off date for the upcoming Annual General Meeting

2. Consider, and if thought fit approve the Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2012;

3. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a dividend.
