Lombard Bank Malta plc – Change of Company Secretary

Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. announced that Mr Graham A. Fairclough has retired from the post of Company Secretary of the Bank with effect from 31 May 2013.

He is succeeded by Dr. Helena Said (I.D. Card No 213283M) of 7, Indigo, Milner Grove, G ar id-Dud Street, Sliema and who was appointed Company Secretary of the Bank with effect from 1 June 2013. Dr Said occupies the position of Head of Credit Support Services Department of the Bank.

There is no further information to be disclosed in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
