Tigne' Mall plc announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on June 21, 2013 to:

1. Consider and approve the Financial Results for the period January 1, 2013 until April 30, 2013;

2. Consider the declaration of a final payment to MIDI plc and Tigne' Contracting Limited, for the period January 1, 2013 until April 30, 2013, as per provision in the Company's Combined Offer Prospectus dated March 20, 2013.
