Malta International Airport plc – Announces Board Meeting for the approval of the Interim Financial Statements

 Malta Internaional Airport plc announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 7th August 2013 to consider and, if considered appropriate, approve the Company’s Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 30th June 2013.

It is also expected that the Board of Directors will consider the payment of an interim dividend during this meeting.
