6pm Holdings plc, at a meeting held on August 7, 2013 by the Board of directors, approved the Interim Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2013. 

The Group registered a profit before tax of GBP245,087, compared to GBP 180,046 registered in 2012. Revenue for the period under review amounted to GBP4.5m , a rise of 16.02% from 2012. EPS increased to GBP 0.013
