RS2 Software p.l.c. announced that it was informed by Mario Schembri that as of the 7th October 2013, he holds 1,754,194 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.13% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached, thus falling below the 5% threshold.
