HSBC Bank Malta plc – Change in Senior Management

HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. announced that Ms. Decca Fung-Chu Fan will be replacing Mr. Rangit Gokarn as Chief Operating Officer at a date still to be determined towards the latter part of Quarter 1 2014, subject to regulatory approval. Ms. Fan currently resides at 12/1, 2nd Lane, Galpotta Road, Nawala, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Ms. Fan joined HSBC Group as a management trainee in Hong Kong in 1987 and has over 25 years experience in various roles including branches, product development, strategic marketing and service development and global operations teams. Ms. Fan is currently Head of Service Delivery for Global Service Centre Sri Lanka, director HSBC Electronic Data Processing Lanka (Private) Limited and director SLASSCOM (Sri Lanka Association of Software Services Companies).
