Crimsonwing plc – Approval of financial statements

The company has announced that the board of directors approved the annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2014.  The Group registered a profit before tax of EUR 1.43m, compared toEUR 837k registered in 2013. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 20.09m , a rise of 13.1% from 2013. EPS increased to EUR 0.0486. 

The board of directors has also determined the 21 August 2014 as the date for the annual general meeting to be held.
