RS2 Software plc announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on April 21, 2015 to:

1. Consider and approve the company's audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2014.

2. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a dividend to be recommended to the company's Annual General Meeting.
