HSBC Bank Malta plc – Change in Senior Management

HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. (the “Company”) announces that Mr Rashid Daurov will be resigning from his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company at a date still to be determined.

Mr Daurov will be taking up another senior finance position within the HSBC Group.

This is part of the Company’s ongoing succession process for senior management and Mr Daurov’s replacement will be announced in due course.
