Lombard Bank Malta plc – Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018

Lombard Bank Malta plc published its financial results for 2018, showing an impressive increase in profit after tax of 56.7% to €8.94 million. This was mainly driven by a 13.5% increase in net interest income, and a 14.1% increase in net fee and commission income. The bank’s total capital ratio stood at a solid 14.7%.

The board of directors has resolved to recommend a final net dividend of €0.0325 per share to all shareholders as at March 12, 2019.
