• The best performers were GlobalCapital plc (+3.77%), HSBC Bank Malta plc (+3.75%) and Bank of Valletta plc (+0.67%).
• The worst performers were Malta International Airport plc (-2.81%), Grand Harbour Marina plc (-2.78%) and MIDI plc (-2.72%).
• The most liquid equity was HSBC Bank Malta plc as it traded nine times over a spread of 35,572 shares, worth €28,463.

 

• The board of International Hotel Investment plc (IHI) approved the half-yearly financial report ended June 30, 2020.
  • A total revenue of €51.7 million was reported, which translates into a 58% drop when compared to the same period of 2019.
  • A loss before tax of €36.7 million was recorded versus a profit before tax of €5.2 million during the same period of the previous year.
