Mapfre Middlesea plc announced that the 40th Annual General Meeting shall be held on April 30, 2021. The financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020 and the reports of the directors and auditors thereon shall be considered and approved. A final gross dividend of €0.052434 per share shall also be considered, as recommended by the board.
