New Share Offer – APS Bank plc
We are pleased to inform you that APS Bank plc have announced the issuance of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares with an over-allotment option of an additional 10,000,000 at an issue price of €0.62 per share. This share offer will be available to the general public from 3rd June 2022 and will close on 17th June 2022 or earlier.
Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd (JMFA) is participating in this issue as one of the Authorised Financial Intermediaries and is currently accepting applications for this share offer. The minimum subscription amount for each application has been set at €5,000 for existing JMFA clients.
Applications will be available to employees of APS group and mailed to bondholders around 1st June 2022. In case of nominee security holders, applications will be made available by JMFA on request. Applications for the General Public will be available from our offices after 1st June 2022.
